  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons in English for Cambridge Primary/Lower Secondary/IGCSE students according to Cambridge standards.
  • Utilize diverse teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies to enhance student learning and create a supportive, challenging learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and conduct regular formative and summative assessments to support student’s academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the English curriculum.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school community events.
  • Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive learning community.

  Requirements:

  • Strong faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, with the ability to integrate faith and learning to foster spiritual growth alongside academic excellence.
  • Commitment to Elyon’s mission and values, actively participating in school community activities and initiatives.
  • Teaching certification or experience in Cambridge Primary/Lower Secondary/IGCSE English is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Passion for education and student development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
